Recebi a seguinte resposta de um site americano ao indagá-los a respeito de uma possivel confusão em uma compra:

If you would like, you can have your wife send the shoes back to us using a prepaid return label before she leaves back to Brazil. Once we receive the shoes back to our warehouse, we will be happy to issue a full refund for the shoes.

I apologize if this causes any inconvenience for you, Marcio. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with, we are in Las Vegas so the lights are never off!
